I grew up in the mountains of Park City, Utah. I always wanted to be a chiropractor; my mother even had pictures of me adjusting my dolls when I was three years old. Chiropractic has always been an important part of my life. Growing up with chiropractic care instilled the importance of being adjusted, being active, and having good nutrition and how these things keep you healthy and able to enjoy life.
I completed my pre-med coursework at Brigham Young University. I received my Bachelors of Science in Human Biology at Logan College of Chiropractic, and continued on to earn my Doctorate, Graduating Cum Laude in 2009.
I now look forward to helping people live their lives to the fullest and enjoy health through the use of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Nutrition. It is my goal to help you restore your health so you can enjoy the activities you love, as well as decrease the wear and tear on your body to extend healthy, active, pain free years of life.
I am experienced in treating all kinds of patients, from tiny babies to those who have been on earth many years, pregnant women, men, office workers, weekend warriors, those with other complicating diseases and conditions and everything in between.
I have three children, they got adjusted moments after birth and I see that they get adjusted regularly, I love to adjust kids! I also treat many pregnant women knowing first hand how miserable pregnancy can be when experiencing low back and sciatic pain. It is wonderful to be able to provide pain relief without drugs and their unknown long term affects on the baby.
I love my patients! I know I have a weird schedule and limited hours, that is because I know my children will grow up all too quickly and I don't want to miss any more than I have to. I do love what I do though, so I try to find balance between seeing and helping patients and being with my family.
